Returns Policy
At Judy's Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving your order, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Our returns process is simple. If you are not satisfied with your order, have received the wrong product, or if the product is faulty, please contact our Australian customer service team at info@judysboutique.com. Our team will guide you through the return and refund process.
Return Shipping Costs:

For a change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., a faulty item or incorrect product shipped), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

A digital return label can be requested by emailing info@judysboutique.com
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Condition:
Only products in new and unused condition, in their original packaging with tags attached, are eligible for a change-of-mind return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item shows signs of wear or use.
How to Return Your Order:

Send an email to info@judysboutique.com to initiate your return.

Our customer service team will send you a Return Authorisation form and instructions.

Securely package the item(s) and post them to our Australian returns centre. (The address will be provided with your Return Authorisation).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items unless they are faulty. This includes swimwear, lingerie, underwear, and socks. Your health and safety are our top priority.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it. After this window, as the order enters processing, we may no longer be able to cancel it. To request a cancellation, please email info@judysboutique.com immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away at info@judysboutique.com We will arrange a prepaid return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
